When I traveled from Bratislava to Vienna, there wasn’t much information that I got about regiojet; even tough the bus and train company from the Czech Republic and owned by 100 percent by Radim Jancura has made a very good impression on me. And Why using RegioJet to travel around Europe is a wise choice!
Not without reason, even a lot of reasons that I declared Regiojet as the best bus transportation company in Europe. Plus, why I conclude by using Regiojet is the wise decision when you travel around Europe.
Not only comfort, but also cheap ticket prices and maximum service from staff. The story goes like this:
When I have spent time in Bratislava, Slovakia I then plan to go to Vienna, Austria by bus. However, when I was at the terminal I found many choices of buses that could be ridden there were Flixbus, Slovak Lines, Eurolines and the last was Regiojet.
I have tried the first three bus companies and did not give a good impression. With the explanation as follows:
Flixbus: arbitrary schedule and super expensive ticket prices. Drivers are sometimes rude and like to use unreasonable reasons when they are late. They also sometimes depart too fast, so passengers miss the bus. Bad!
Eurolines: meeting points that are very unclear and sometimes do not match the map provided. Even based on information from my friends, sometimes they do not show up to the agreed meeting point for reasons that are not explained. Very bad!
Slovak Lines: Drivers who sometimes like to “cheat” passengers. For example when I was in Bratislava and headed to Vienna, I was offered by a Slovak Lines driver to pay 10 Euros per ticket. Even though the official price is 6 Euros !. Cheater! The worst!
When I was “forced” to pay 6 Euros by Slovak Loines, at the same time I saw a huge advertisement on the bus station RegioJet. Where in the ad, they offer a very cheap passenger service which is only 5 Euros! from bratislava to Vienna, Austria.
In my mind at that time, wow incredible! This is very cheap and even cheaper than Flixbus, Eurolines, or even more Slovak Lines. To confirm me I checked on the internet and downloaded the regiojet application on the Google Play Store and it was really cheap at 5 euros! Because I was lazy to use the application, I just went to the regiojet counter which happened to stand by at the station. As a result I immediately bought a bus ticket worth 5 Euros.
The bus finally arrived at 14:45 PM; on time as posted on my ticket. After all the passengers entered the bus, we finally departed and on the way I got a very extraordinary service one of which was given a free hot cappuccino from the flight attendant who is very good at speaking English – something that is very rare when you travel to Bratislava where some people can not speak english.
I was very surprised and appreciated the services provided by this regiojet and they were very extraordinary because the service was customer-oriented and convenience. Talking about comfort, they also provide headsets for listening to music or watching entertainment shows that are on the bench monitor in front of your chair.
Anyway, Region offers services and features that are very satisfying and not available or not provided by other bus companies. I am very satisfied! so I can be sure that when compared to some other bus companies, I conclude that getting Regiojet is the best.
You also need to know that Regiojet has routes to 90 cities in Europe and they also have a railroad network to support the bus network they have. So they have a very broad scope!
Therefore I suggest you to use Regiojet when traveling around Europe. Remember this is not endorsement huh! I am not paid anything by Regiojet. Based only on my experience, and why experience is a very valuable lesson. I can guarantee that you will get maximum satisfaction from this Czech Republic company.
